Salon 48-Hour Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes schedules may change, but in order to provide the best service to all our clients, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Here are the details of our policy:

1. Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us enough time to offer the vacant appointment slot to other clients who may be on our waiting list.

2. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for your missed appointment.

3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you do so online with at least 48 hours' in advance.

4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will handle such situations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter any unexpected issues.

Color Correction:

A $250 Deposit is required for your appointment to be accepted. Please understand that this is a long service and you must commit your day to this experience. Feel free to bring snacks, drinks, books, a laptop or anything else to entertain you during this time.
